Abstract
PURPOSE:To execute a brazing without causing a gap and to prevent the disturbance of a fluid flow by providing an inclined part at the end side of a 2nd tubular body corresponding to the inclined part of the pipe expanded part of a 1st tubular body and brazing both inclined parts by closely fitting them. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical outer projecting part is provided around the plural holes 11 of a main pipe 10 and 1st tube expanded part 13 and 2nd tube expanded part 14 are provided via an inclined part at the tip of the projecting part 12. The branch tube 20 having plural projections 24 is inserted into this tube expanded part 13 and in the case of forming a suction manifold by brazing it, the inclined face 25 corresponding to the inclined part 15 is provided on the end face at the connecting end side of the branch tube 20. The inner diameter of the branch tube 20 is made equal to the inner diameter of the cylindrical outer projecting part 12. The inclined face 25 is then closely fitted to the inner face of the inclined part 15 by inserting the branch tube 20 into the tube expanded part 13, a brazing filler metal 26 is arranged at the tube rolling part 14, a flux is coated on the brazing filler metal 26 and brazing is executed in a furnace. The generation of a gap at the connection part of the main tube 10 and branch tube 20 is prevented and the generation of a turbulence in the flow in case of flowing a liquid is prevented.
