Abstract
PURPOSE: To solidify an exterior body and a structure without exerting an external force on a peeled part when repairing it, by boring small holes penetrating the surface of the exterior body and reaching a peeled clearance between the structure and the exterior body and injecting a highly viscous adhesive therein and then injecting a low viscosity adhesive and curing it.
CONSTITUTION: Several small holes 14 reaching a partly peeled clearance 13 are bored from the surface of a structure 11 into the clearance 13 where an exterior body 12 is partly peeled out of the structure 11. A greasy high viscosity adhesive 15 is injected therein. Subsequently, an almost liquid low viscosity adhesive 16 is injected in the small holes 14 while pushing the high viscosity adhesive 15 precedently injected to the outer periphery and sealing the holes. Several injection holes 18 for the high viscosity adhesive are bored so as to surround the small holes 17, and after the high viscosity adhesive 15 has been injected to form a crescent-shape, the low viscosity adhesive is injected in the hole 17. Further, small holes 19 are bored and the high viscosity adhesive 15 is injected and subsequently, the low viscosity adhesive 16 is injected and thereafter, steel bars 20 are inserted in the small holes 19 and connected fixedly to form bridges.
