Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 前端部にクリンチヤを有するベース部材と、ホ
    ツチキス針を装填するマガジンと、該マガジン内
    のホツチキス針を打出すとともに前記クリンチヤ
    と協同して封止を行うドライバーを有するハンド
    ルとの三者のそれぞれの後端部をピンにて一体的
    に軸着したホツチキスにおいて、封止素材に打込
    まれた封止用ホツチキス針の側方に該封止用ホツ
    チキス針を封止素材ごと切取り可能な開封用切断
    線を施すように、湾曲抵抗減少部を有する平板状
    切断刃を該湾曲抵抗減少部の箇所にて湾曲せしめ
    て、切断刃ホルダーの内側に湾曲状に形成した切
    断刃固定用面に取外し可能に固定し、該切断刃ホ
    ルダーを前記ハンドルの前端部に着脱可能に装着
    する一方、前記切断刃ホルダーにてハンドルに装
    着した切断刃に対応するとともに前記クリンチヤ
    との間に切断刃逃がし溝を有する受け部を前記ベ
    ース部材の前端部に装備せしめてなることを特徴
    とするホツチキス。
