Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a malfunction due to a chattering or a latch-up to accompany the extracting of a memory card by on and off-controlling a buffer according to the extracting of the memory card and executing a continuity and cutoff between a terminal for a signal receiving and a memory. CONSTITUTION:Buffers 17 and 18 are inserted between an external equipment, terminals 7-11 for the signal receiving and a memory 6. When the card is inserted to the external equipment, a terminal 19 for an extracting detection is connected with an external equipment side connector later than the other terminals and when the card is separated from the external equipment, the terminal 19 is separated before the other terminals. Then, an extracting detecting signal is outputted from an extracting detecting circuit 20. Based on this extracting detecting signal and a power source voltage detecting signal from a power source voltage detecting circuit 25, a buffer control circuit 26 on and off-controls the buffers 17 and 18.
