イル吸入部を配設するようにしたエンジンのオイ
ルパンにおいて、上記オイルパンにはその一側壁
からオイルパン長手方向に対して垂直に上記一側
壁に対向する他側壁の近傍まで延びるバツフル壁
が、該バツフル壁先端部と他側壁との間に開口を
形成せしめて設けられ、該バツフル壁の先端部は
、該バツフル壁により仕切られた２つのオイル溜
り部のうち上記オイルポンプのオイル吸入部が配
設される一方のオイル溜り部に向つて曲がり、他
方のオイル溜り部のオイルの上記開口側への移動
を案内する曲がり部に形成されており、オイルパ
ンの上記一方のオイル溜り部には上記オイル吸入
部よりもバツフル壁寄りの他側壁からオイルパン
長手方向に対して垂直に上記開口の開口幅よりも
長く延び、一方のオイル溜り部のオイルの上記開
口側への移動を規制する縦リブが設けられている
