Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 円筒状内壁１１と前記内壁１１を両側からそ
れぞれ取り囲む側壁１２とから形成される短円柱
状の中空部１３を有するケーシング１０と、前記
ケーシング１０の中空部１３の内壁１１に、断面
円形の外周面２１を摺動回転できるように嵌入し
、内周面２２に複数個の歯２３を設けた、自己潤
滑性のある熱膨張係数が３〜５×１０−６℃の材
料でつくられた外歯車２０と、前記外歯車２０の
歯２３より歯数の少ない歯３３を外周面３１に設
けて前記外歯車２０に内接して噛合回転できるよ
うにすると共に、中心３２に回転軸３４を固着で
きるようにした、自己潤滑性のある熱膨張係数が
３〜５×１０−６℃の材料でつくられた内歯車３
０とを備え、前記側壁１２から圧力水を前記外歯
車２０と前記内歯車３０との噛合間隙１３０に流
入して前記外歯車２０と前記内歯車３０とを共に
回転させ、前記内歯車３０の回転軸３４の回転力
を動力として取り出せるようにしたことを特徴と
する水圧モータ。 ２ 前記ケーシング１０の両側壁１２，１２の対
称位置に、それぞれ圧力水の流入口１２１，１２
１を設けた実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
水圧モータ。
