【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、炊飯開始時刻を予約設定するタイマ
ー機構を有し、炊飯用発熱体への通電を制御する
様構成されたマイクロコンピユーターをもつ電気
炊飯器に関するものである。

従来の電気炊飯器は、第1図の回路構成に示す
ように炊飯スイツチ5をオンし、炊飯開始ととも
に一定の電力がタイマースイツチ7をセツトする
とマイクロコンピユーター2が動作し電源1より
炊飯用発熱体4に供給され、内釜底面に当接する
発熱体から加熱されて、米温を上昇させてゆく事
から、多量炊飯時には特に米に充分吸水されなか
つたり米の各部の温度上昇にむらが多くなり、米
が糊化してα化する条件がバラつき、炊き上りの
差が大きく、味をわるくしたり、外観を悪くした
りする欠点があつた。そのためこれらの欠点を解
消し、よりおいしい米飯を得るために、炊飯開始
の数分後に炊飯用発熱体4への通電を一旦停止さ
せ、その間に水の対流を促進させ、各部温度を均
一にして米の吸水を進める様プログラムされた手
段(第2図にそのシーケンスを示す、以下シーケ
ンスNO1と言う)で、炊飯を行なうものが考え
出された。その手段をもつマイクロコンピユータ
ー2のフローチヤートを第3図に示す。この結果
米の炊きムラが大幅に解消されたが、通電の停止
動作を行なうため、炊飯時間がのびてしまう欠点
があつた。

り返す。タイマーセツト時は、タイマーカウント
の時間経過中に米の吸水が充分行なわれ、電力制
御の必要がなく炊飯時間も短縮されることにな
る。
