  1. 円形に形成される光透過スリツトと、このスリ
    ツトの下部に前記円形の中心から放射上に配置さ
    れ、それぞれ前記スリツトからの透過光の強度分
    布を電気信号に変換して出力する複数個の１次元
    リニアアレイセンサと、各１次元リニアアレイセ
    ンサの出力から該センサの配置方向の入射角を算
    出する信号処理回路とを具備するデジタル太陽セ
    ンサ。
