Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 地盤面に敷設される下側基礎部とその上部
    に構築される建物の基礎部に適宜間隔で並設され
    、夫々凸形状に対向して配設されるフーチング間
    に地震力吸収変位材を介在せしめた免震構造物に
    おいて、該フーチング側面間に所要の作業部材を
    係止するアンカーバーの挿通取付孔を形成した免
    震構造物の基礎構造。 (2) 前記作業部材は、斜対向するフーチングに
    取付けられるアンカーバー間に架け渡して連結さ
    れ、その張力を調整する様にした引張部材であり
    、地震により位置ズレの生じた建物と下側基礎部
    間を元位置関係に復帰せしめる作業時に利用され
    るものであることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の免震構造物の基礎構造。 (3) 前記作業部材は、斜対向するフーチングに
    取付けられるアンカーバー間に架け渡して連結さ
    れ、下側基礎部に建物を構築施工する際に地震力
    吸収変位材の変形を防止すべく建物側基礎部を固
    定支持する支保材であることを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の免震構造物の基礎
    構造。
