本考案は、電熱装置により湯沸しを行える湯沸

することが困難である。しかし近ごろステンレス
の熱伝導率の低さを生かしてステンレス製の魔法
びんが多用されており、これは金属製であるため
にガラス製魔法びんと異なつて二次的加工が容易
であるために、魔法びん底部に別体の湯沸しタン
クを設けることが可能となる。本考案はこの点に
立脚して湯沸し能率が良好でありしかも製造及び
組付けを容易としたポツトを提供することを目的

第1図において、1は外ケース2内に設置したス
テンレス製二重壁構造の真空魔法びんで、上端に
は肩盤3の中央孔に連結されて口部4が形成さ
れ、底部は底盤5の中央筒体6の上縁に支持され
ている。7は湯沸しタンクで、環状に盛上つて凹
んだタンク中央の口部8は、前記魔法びん1の底
部に設けられ、同びん内に通ずるパイプ9と耐熱
性ゴムパイプ10によつて連結されている。11
はタンク7周囲から一体的に出た取付板で、前記
底盤5の底部に螺着されている。12は湯沸しタ
ンク7の側部より導出されてパイプ13に連結さ
れた水位表示管で、外ケース2の縦長孔14より
覗き見るように設けられ、上端は内方へ向つて口
部4へ開口するパイプ15の外端に連結されてい
る。従つて、水位表示管12は、前記パイプ13
及び15を介して、湯沸しタンク7の側壁と魔法
びん1の上部開口とに連通して跨設されているこ
とになる。16は湯沸しタンク7の底部より導出
して水平に伸び、下垂して湯取出し口17に至る
給水路である。Aは給水弁装置で、弁19がコイ
ルばね18によつて弁座20に常時弾接し、横孔
21にスライド自在に挿貫された弁軸22の外端
はひじ部をピン23によつて枢着されたL形つま
み24の作用端24aの内側に当接している。2

水停止つまみである。27は電熱装置のバンドヒ
ータで湯沸しタンク7の周囲を包囲する。28は
ヒータ27に対するサーモスタツトで、29は保
温用サーミスタで、また30は保護ヒユーズであ
り、31は電源プラグである。32は外ケースの
底板で、33は底板に3本取付けた折畳み脚であ
る。34は肩盤3に螺合する蓋型口栓で、中央に
魔法びん1内に通ずる蒸気孔35を有する。36
は蒸気孔35の下部に設けた安全用逆止弁であ
る。このポツトでは湯沸し能率を図るために、仮
想線で示すように湯沸しタンク7の上部周の環状
部7aより対流を促進するためのパイプ37を導
出して上昇させて魔法びん1の腹部へ導入しても
よくこのパイプは魔法びん1の周囲に複数本設け
るとよい。また湯取出し口17は側方へ開口させ
てもよい。前記電熱装置は、第3図に示すよう
に、前記湯沸し用のバンドヒータ27、サーモス
タツト28、保温用サーミスタ29、温度ヒユー
ズ30の他に湯沸し表示ネオンランプ31保温中
表示ランプ32、漏電防止用サーキツトブレーカ

7の加熱が停止するが保温用サーミスタ29が働
いており保温される。この間ネオンランプ32が
点灯しており保温中であることを示す。そして温
度が低下するとサーモスタツト29がオンとな
り、再びヒータ27による加熱が始まる。湯を取
出すときは、L形つまみ24を押下げる。このう
にすると、作用端24aがコイルばね18の弾力
に抗して弁軸22を内方へ押すので、弁19が弁
座20より離れて弁が開き、タンク7内の湯が給
水路16を通り湯取出し口17より放出される。

2図に示す「止」の記号の方へ寄せると鍵状片が

に、魔法びん1の二重壁を貫通して該水位表示管
12を挿着する場合は、魔法びん1の真空状態を
得ることが困難になるのに対し、上述のように、
水位表示管12を湯沸しタンク7の側壁と魔法び
ん1の上部開口とに連通して跨設したものである
から、魔法びん1の二重壁に特別な加工を必要と
することがなく、所期の保温効果を良好に奏する
