Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 建物の外壁５高所等に固定され、少なくとも下
    面が開放可能な若しくは開放された格納箱１と、
    格納箱１内に取付けられ、不使用時には短縮状態
    で格納箱１内に収納されると共に、使用時には伸
    長垂下状態になる伸縮自在な避難器具２と、避難
    器具２の伸長降下速度を緩和する緩降装置３と、
    建物近傍の地上から操作でき、短縮状態の避難器
    具２を伸長降下させる操作部４とから構成したこ
    とを特徴とする避難器具装置。
