Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a motor easy to assemble, by interposing a washer with a through hole diametrically between a bearing and a shaft and by adjusting the clearance produced axially between the shaft and the bearing. CONSTITUTION:Many through holes 2 are formed diametrically to a washer 1. These through holes 2 are arranged staggeredly in the circumferential direction. Washer 1 is moulded and manufactured from synthetic resin and has axial resiliency. To a shaft 3 of a rotor a step section 4 is formed. It is constituted so that a metal 5 as a bearing may bump against this step section 4. A clearance 7 is formed between the step section 4 of the shaft 3 and the edge of the metal 5 and the washer 1 is interposed this clearance 7. The clearance 7 is formed with a large tolerance by the machining tolerance of a bracket 6, etc. As the washer 1 can however be expanded widely in the axial direction, the tolerance can be fully absorbed. It is therefore unnecessary to dismantle the motor to adjust the clearance 7, even if the size of clearance 7 is changed according to the tolerance.
