Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture a small-sized, light-weight inverter having high accuracy by connecting (n) inverters in parallel and forming current control loops to each inverter. CONSTITUTION:An AC power 1 is rectified by a converter 3 through a switch 2, and is changed into AC by inverters 5, 28 connected in parallel and drives a motor 6. A current command value acquired by halving a current command value arithmetically operated by using a phase compensating circuit 16 and a current command value generating circuit 17 on the basis of a speed command 14a from a speed command generator 14 and a speed signal 7a is arithmetically operated by a D/A converter 22, and an analog current command is output. The value is compared with each current signal from current detectors 13, 29, base drive signals are output through pulse width modulators 23, 31 and base driver circuits 24, 32 and respective inverter 5, 28 is controlled. Accordingly, the speed of the motor 6, an elevator cage 10, is controlled accurately.
