Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a malfunction due to noises by a simple additional circuit by inserting a light-emitting diode to a base circuit in a transistor unit and coupling the light-emitting diode with a photo-transistor short-circuiting a base circuit having another phase. CONSTITUTION:Light-emitting diodes 17, 19 are inserted in series with base circuits in each transistor unit 3, 6 formed by Darlington connection circuits. Photo-transistors 18, 20 are mounted so as to short-circuit the base circuits in respective transistor unit 3, 6. The photo-transistors are coupled optically with the light-emitting diodes in the transistor units on the mutually reverse sides. Accordingly, the light-emitting diode 17 is lit when the transistor unit 3 is brought to an ON state, the photo-transistor 18 is conducted and the base circuit in the transistor unit 6 is short-circuited, thus completely preventing a malfunction.
