    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 正方向駆動用の第1のFETと主回路用の第1
    の直流電源9、逆方向駆動用の第2のFETと主
    回路用の第2の直流電源14を電動機等の負荷8
    にそれぞれ正、逆極性に接続して成る負荷の駆動
    回路において、上記第1の直流電源9に対してコ
    ンデンサCとツエナーダイオードZDをそれぞれ
    並列に接続し、このツエナーダイオードZDの陰
    極側と直流電源9のプラス側にその通電方向にダ
    イオードDと抵抗Rの直列回路を接続し、ツエ
    ナーダイオードZDの陽極側の接地間に抵抗R
    を接続して構成するようにしたことを特徴とする
    FETのゲート回路用電源。
