- 正方向駆動用の第１のＦＥＴと主回路用の第１
の直流電源９、逆方向駆動用の第２のＦＥＴと主
回路用の第２の直流電源１４を電動機等の負荷８
にそれぞれ正、逆極性に接続して成る負荷の駆動
回路において、上記第１の直流電源９に対してコ
ンデンサＣとツエナーダイオードＺＤをそれぞれ
並列に接続し、このツエナーダイオードＺＤの陰
極側と直流電源９のプラス側にその通電方向にダ
イオードＤと抵抗Ｒ１の直列回路を接続し、ツエ
ナーダイオードＺＤの陽極側の接地間に抵抗Ｒ２
を接続して構成するようにしたことを特徴とする
ＦＥＴのゲート回路用電源。
