導通制御して電力を変換する電力変換器と、該電
力変換器によつて電動機に供給する電流を検出す
る電流検出器と、前記電動機の回転子の回転に連
動する超音波反射板と該超音波反射板に超音波を
照射すると共に前記回転子の回転位置に応じて超
音波反射板から反射する超音波を受信して電気量
に変換する位置検出器とからなり、該位置検出器
の検出信号と前記電流検出器の電流検出信号をも
とに前記電力変換器のスイツチング素子を制御す
るように構成したことを特徴とする電動機のトル
