Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce processes and work to be required for molding, by a method wherein molten resin is caused to flow into a side of a sealing part of a sealing material through a gate with resin pressure, which is caused to flow into the other side of the sealing part of the sealing material through a communicating part of both front and rear sides and a valve body having the each sealing part on both front and rear sides is molded. CONSTITUTION:A sealing material 21 is inserted into a molding mold 11 by constituting the sealing material 21 so that a tilting surface 27 of one side sealing part 23 is tilted by facing on a direction of a gate 12 and the gate 12 is clogged by the fringe part facing on a communicating part 24 of both front and rear sides of a sealing part 22 of the other side. Molten resin 31 is injected through the gate 12, the fringe part facing on the communicating part 24 of the both sides of the sealing part 22 is pressed against a cavity surface 15b opposing to the gate 12 with resin pressure and the molten resin 31 is caused to flow into a space between the sealing part 22 and a cavity surface 15a having the gate 12. The molten resin 31 is caused to flow into a space between the sealing part 23 and the cavity surface 15b opposing to the gate 12 due to the tilting surface 27 of the sealing part 23 and a valve body 32 having each of the sealing parts 22, 23 of the sealing material 21 on both the sides is molded. A shutter valve 33 is molded by cutting off a sprue part.
