Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance strength against bending, to easily and surely hold a substrate and to perform extrusion molding, by forming a support into an almost trough shape to receive the substrate and providing a support/control part to the bottom surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:Rail like release grooves 151, 151 are provided to the inner surface of a support 15 to receive the fixing frame 14 protruding from the back surface of the substrate 11. Side walls 152, 152 and a bottom surface 153 are constituted so as to have acute angles inside them and the side walls 152, 152 are pressed after the substrate 11 is inserted between said walls in a sliding state to make the side parts of the substrate 11 easy to hold and fix. Further, a support control part 154 composed of a tap hole is provided to the bottom surface 153. Since this support 15 is thin but has an almost recessed cross-section, the cross-sectional area of said support can be made large and, therefore, extrusion molding becomes possible. Further, when aluminum is used, hardness can be enhanced in addition to a good radiation property and low cost and, therefore, aluminum is more suitable than other metal material.
