Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ クランプ片とその締具とから成る治具上のク
    ランパーと、該クランパーの操作装置とから成る
    ワーク固定装置において、該クランプ片を、その
    先端部がワークのクランプ箇所の上方に臨む該ク
    ランプ片の長手方向先方のクランプ位置と該クラ
    ンプ箇所から離間するクランプ片の長手方向尾方
    のアンクランプ位置とに移動自在に且つ戻しばね
    でアンクランプ位置側に付勢して設けると共に、
    該締具をクランプ位置に存する該クランプ片をそ
    の長手方向中間部において上方から締付け得るよ
    うに設け、該操作装置を、ロボツト等の移動機構
    により治具の上方位置で水平２方向と垂直方向と
    の少なくとも直交３軸方向に移動可能に設けた可
    動枠に、該締具に係合可能な締付軸を吊設すると
    共に、該可動枠に該締付軸と同一軸線回りに回動
    制御可能な回動枠を介して該クランプ片の尾端に
    当接可能な押片を吊設して成るものに構成したこ
    とを特徴とする治具へのワーク固定装置。 ２ 前記押片を前記回動枠に前記戻しばねより強
    い付勢ばねに抗して前記締付軸から離間する方向
    に傾動自在に吊設すると共に、該押片の傾動を検
    出する検出手段を設けたことを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の治具へのワーク固
    定装置。
