ツプ３とからなり、上記棒状栓の上端部外周に複
数の縦溝１９を所定間隔離間して穿設しておき、
上記口頚部とキヤツプ第２周壁との螺合部の長さ
を、キヤツプ下限位置では上記第２注出孔内面が
上記棒状栓の下部外面に水密に嵌合し、中間位置
では上記縦溝と第２注出孔内面との間で複数の液
体注出路２０が形成され、上限位置では上記第２
注出孔が棒状栓上端から離間することが可能に、
