歯車システムと、磁気リレーと、電子制御システ

の下部はバネとナツトで締められ、且つ上段及び
下段の軸受はそれぞれ上段と下段プレートに形成
してある環状スロツトに位置され、且つ垂直スロ
ツトは上段の鎖歯車の内部表面に形成され、ハウ
ジングに形成してあるブロツクと嵌着され、且つ
複数の孔がハウジングの回りに形成され、且つ複
数の孔は下段の鎖歯車内の嵌合部と連接され、且
つ前記磁気リレーは固め板に固着され、且つ固め
板の前端は一本のロツドが連接され、且つ一本の
バネは該ロツドに連接され、且つバネのもう一端
