【考案の詳細な説明】
〔考案の目的〕
本考案は熱板を合成樹脂製の支持台で支持する
電熱器の熱板支持部の構造に関するものである。
従来のこの種の構造を第5図および第6図によつ
て説明する。1はヒータ2を有する熱板、3は合
成樹脂製の支持台である。支持台3は中心孔4を
有する円筒形の台座5を有し、中心孔4にはフラ
ンジ6を有する円筒状の金属製ブツシユ7が挿入
される。ブツシユ7はビス8により熱板1の取付
部9に固定されており、このブツシユ7のフラン
ジ6を台座5に係止することによつて熱板1は支

ユは縦方向の切目を有する多角筒形の筒状部と花
弁状に展開した複数個の角歯とよりなり、前記筒
状部は前記中心孔に挿入され、前記角歯は前記台
座に係止してビスにより前記熱板に固定されてい
ることを特徴とする。以下その実施例を第1図な
いし第4図について説明する。

い金属板によつて形成されており、第2図に示す
ように、金属板10の1辺に一定の間隔をおいて
切欠11を設けて角歯12を形成し、第3図に示
すように多角筒形又は円筒形に成形する。この多
角筒形又は円筒形の筒状部13の外径は中心孔4
の内径よりも若干大きく成形し、中心孔4に挿入
したときは切目14がこれを吸収することによつ
て筒状部13は中心孔4に密接して安定する。な
お、中心孔4の内面に第4図に示すように、切目
14をはめこむリブ15を設けると、ブツシユ7
の位置が安定し、かつ組立の生産性を向上するこ
とができる。角歯12は花弁状にわん曲展開す
る。この花弁状の角歯12は熱板1の取付部9と

本考案の熱板支持部は以上の構造を有するので

熱は空隙部1bと花弁状の角歯12の間に形成さ
れる切欠11を流通する空気によつて冷却される
ので台座5が高温に加熱されて熱劣化するのを防
止する。また、ブツシユ7は金属板の曲げ加工で
あるから工作が容易であり、第5図の従来のブツ
シユのように精密な加工を必要としないから安価
に提供することができる。したがつて本考案は考
案の目的を達成する効果を有する。

り、前記筒状部は前記中心孔に挿入されることに
より前記支持台の中心孔とブツシユ間に空隙部を
形成し、前記角歯は前記台座に係止してビスによ
り前記熱板に固定されていることを特徴とする電
