- 実装部品のリードを基板に半田付けする半田付
装置において、前記実装部品のリードに渦電流を
発生させて該リードを加熱する磁界発生装置と、
前記基板を加熱する樹脂加熱装置とを別個独立に
装備したことを特徴とする表面実装部品の半田付
装置。
