Abstract

PURPOSE:To uniformly distribute abrasive grains on a bed metal according to holes provided on an aligning plate and temporarily sticking them and prevent the abrasive grains from dropping off during production by putting the abrasive grains in the pre-aligned holes of the aligning plate and pushing them into the bed metal. CONSTITUTION:Abrasive grains 16 are distributed on an aligning plate 12 on a bed metal 10 by a feeding device 18 and put in the pre-aligned holes of this plate 12. A pressing roll (pressing device) 22 is rolled on the aligning plate 12, and the abrasive grains 16 are pushed into the bed metal 10 by this rolling by the protruded quantity above the plate 12.
