る粉体センサであつて、 前記センサケーシング内には、リード線が挿通
する挿通孔を有する金属製環状体が配置され、こ
の環状体はその外周面が全周に亙つてセンサケー
シングの内面に当接した状態でセンサケーシング
に固定されると共に、リード線の挿通後に前記挿
