Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a voltage detection circuit having high set accuracy and a wide range of reference voltage, by using a non-volatile memory to prepare an integrated circuit and subsequently setting reference voltage by said non- volatile memory. CONSTITUTION:A series circuit is constituted of a high voltage n-channel MOS transistor n3 and a non-volatile memory transistor M1. A sense amplifier 2 is connected to the junction N of the series circuit through a high voltage n- channel MOS transistor n4 to constitute a voltage detection circuit 1a. The output terminal of the sense amplifier 2 is connected to the input terminal TLi of a logical circuit 3 to supply output voltage v0. Reference voltage is inputted to an input terminal Tx and a writing pulse is applied to the memory transistor M1 to change the voltage/current characteristic of the memory transistor M1 and, when input voltage vx coincides with the reference voltage, the output voltage v0 is reversed.
