Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被加熱物の温度を検知して加熱源の動作を制御
    するための温度検知装置であつて、 サーミスタと第１の抵抗素子との並列回路に直
    列に電圧設定用の第２の抵抗素子を接続し、この
    第２の抵抗素子を短絡するスイツチング手段を設
    け、 上記第１の抵抗素子と第２の抵抗素子との接続
    点の電圧を検知する手段と、この検知手段の出力
    に基づいて上記スイツチング手段をオンするオン
    信号あるいは、動作停止信号を発生する信号発生
    手段とを設けた温度検知装置において、 上記信号発生手段は上記サーミスタのみ断線し
    た時の電圧及び上記第２の抵抗素子も同時に断線
    した時の電圧の何れをも判定して動作停止信号を
    発生する判定手段を有することを特徴とした温度
    検知装置。
