- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 入出力用の同軸コネクタがそのシヤーシ壁
に挿入装着された気密構造のマイクロ波集積回路
において上記同軸コネクタの挿入外面とそのシヤ
ーシ孔壁面との間かつその挿入軸方向に連通する
連通溝を形成したことを特徴とするマイクロ波集
積回路。 (2) 連通溝は同軸コネクタの挿入外面あるいは
シヤーシ孔壁面のいずれか一方に設けたことを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のマ
イクロ波集積回路。
