Abstract
PURPOSE: To extremely decrease the air in a capsule, attain luminescence in nearly the whole container and extend a luminescence life by providing a small- diameter section at the end section of the capsule. CONSTITUTION: A thin glass capsule 10 filled with a liquid B is stored in a container 11 filled with a liquid A and made of a light-transmitting flexible member, and the container 11 is closely sealed with a cover body 12 to form a luminescence body (a). A small-diameter section 10a is provided at one end or both ends of the capsule 10, the liquid B is injected from the tip injection port 10a of the small-diameter section 10a, then the injection port 10'a is heat- fused and sealed. When the luminescence body (a) is held by a hand and is applied with external force to be folded from a center section, the container 11 is elastically deformed, the capsule 10 in the container 11 is broken, the liquid A and the liquid B filled in the container 11 and the capsule 10 respectively are mixed to cause a chemical reaction for luminescence for a prescribed period.
