However, M is at least one kind among Ba, Sr and Ca, and Ln is at least one kind among La, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu and Y, and k is 0<k<1. Since an oxide board which consists of constituent elements same as or much alike in quality to those of the superconductor thin film is used, thermal stress or thermal distortion and reaction are hardly generated between both.
