Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the amount of silver in use in silver paste and to make migration of silver particles suppressible by adding an organic conductive material in the silver paste which forms a membrane circuit. CONSTITUTION:Silver paste A1 is used to print a circuit pattern 2 for example 0.6mm in its line width and 0.3mm in its line interval pitch on a surface of one of two insulation sheets 1 provided, and next carbon paste 3 is used thereon to perfectly stick a silver pattern for example 0.8mm in its line width and 0.3mm in its line interval pitch and to obtain a circuit 10. Silver paste B1 is used to print a circuit pattern in the same line width and line interval pitch as above-mentioned on the other one of the insulation sheets 1, and next carbon paste is printed to form a circuit.
