Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A switching cover 7 can be made movable on an opening position and a closing position which are formed above and below the cover. A rocking lever 36 is rotated to actuate the switching cover 7 up and down. A holding device 68 is held to be irrotational so that the switching cover 7 is not moved to the switching position by gravity. Next a closing/opening spring 56 is inverted up and down by a manual operation to release the holding of the holding state device 68 and to drive rotation of the rocking lever 36. An automatic switching device 60 is used to store power without inverting the closing/opening spring, and besides the holding state of the holding device 68 is released to rotate the rocking lever 33 so that the switching cover 7 is automatically switched. Hence the double dropping of the switching cover can be suppressed at the time of an opening operation.
