CONSTITUTION:A housing 1 is provided with an electronic circuit board insertion groove 4 for accepting an object to be bonded such as a conductor terminal 7 of an electronic circuit board A while a cable insertion groove 5 is formed on the other side of the groove 4 of the housing 1 for accepting the other object to be bonded such as a conductor terminal 8 of a cable B. A long cam 2 is rotatably attached to the housing 1. The conductor terminals 7 and 8 are inserted so that their required parts are overlapped along the longitudinal direction of the long cam 2. Both of the terminals 7 and 8 are brought into press- contact with each other with a uniform force of the cam by rotating an operation lever 3. Since a spring or the like is not used for the press-contact, structure of the device is simple.
