CONSTITUTION:Transmitting circuits 1 and 1 are connected through a transmission line 3 and between both transmitting lines 1 and 1, half double communications can be mutually executed through the transmission line 3. A constant-open switch 5 is connected to a transmission line 3, a resistance 11 for adjusting an impedance is connected through a constant-close switch 7 to the transmission line 3. The constant-open switch 5 and the constant-close switch 7 are interlocked and operated, and by closing the switch 5, an activating signal is supplied to the transmission line 3.
