Claims (1)
- 透光性である一対の電極の少なくとも一方の電
極表面上にエレクトロクロミツク層を備え、他方
の電極表面上に酸化または還元状態で透光性を示
す物質層を備え、更に表示に関係しない部分に補
助電極を設け、前記一対の電極間に電解質を封入
して成るエレクトロクロミツク素子を用いた透明
度可変素子において、上記補助電極として酸化還
元両方向に可逆に反応しうる物質で構成した補助
電極を用いたことを特徴とする透明度可変素子。
