Claims (1)
- 光透過性中空容器から突出して一体に形成する
光透過性径小部に有機気相成長用反応性ガスを導
入するに当り、この径小部に沿つて配置する光透
過性反応性ガス導入管と、この径小部に交差して
設置する光透過性反応性ガス導管と、この光透過
性反応性ガス導管端の開口面に形成する幅広の光
透過性鍔部と、前記光透過性反応性ガス導入管に
固着する継手部と、この継手部と前記光透過性鍔
部の接触面に配置する○リングと、前記透過性鍔
部ならびに継手部を覆つて設置するガスケツト部
を具備し、前記突出部頂面に設置して前記導入反
応ガス流を区分する遮蔽部を配置することを特徴
とする有機気相成長装置。
