Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the occurrence of smoke and to make the cleaning of utensils after cooking is over by making water shallowly feedable to a shallow pan whose bottom face is an almost flat surface, and installing a wire netting heating plate in the upper part via a slight space without entailing any contact or penetration to this feed water layer. CONSTITUTION:In order to collect a feed water layer 8 shallowly in a water receiving vessel 7 whose bottom face is an almost flat surface and being formed into shallow dish form, there is provided with the electromagnetic induction heating plate 9 engaged with the water receiving vessel 7 via a slight space T1 at the more upper part than a water surface of the feed water layer 8. This plate 9 consists of a metal plate with a log of through holes 10, and at the upper part of this heating plate 9, there is provided with a grill 11 in addi tion. Consequently, the graviy produced during cooking is dropped to the feed water layer 8 collected in the receiving vessel 7. With this constitution, the gravy will not directly stick to the receiving vessel 7 and, what is more, such a fear that the gravy gets scorched by heat radiation out of the heating plate 9 is preventable.
