体、１３は吸熱部、１４は放熱部、１６は断熱材
、１７はシール材、１８は収容孔、１９は収容部
、２０はグリース、２１は固定用ネジである。
第２図は同じくシール材の斜視図、第３図は従来
例による冷却装置の要部断面図、第４図は同じく
取付状態を示す要部断面図である。 同図中、１１はサーモモジユール、１２は熱伝
体、１３は吸熱部、１４は放熱部、１６は断熱材
、１７はシール材、１８は収容孔、１９は収容部
、２０はグリース、２１は固定用ネジである。
Claims (1)
- サーモモジユールの吸熱側に、該サーモモジユ
ールより面積の大なる熱伝体を介して吸熱部を、
放熱側に放熱部を夫々設けると共に、この吸熱部
と放熱部との間に断熱材を、更に熱伝体と放熱部
との間にサーモモジユールを収容する収容孔を具
えたシール材を夫々介装してなる冷却装置におい
て、上記シール材の熱伝体側の収容孔周縁にグリ
ースを収容する収容部を形成してなることを特徴
とする冷却装置。
