Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the ventilation effect by avoiding a negative pressure in a house by equipping the ventilating air conditioner with a heating and cooling section, fan motors and a ventilating section, and equipping the feed air motor with a speed regulator which switches a speed modulator in interlocking with a differential pressure sensor that detects the differential pressure between the inside and the outside of the house. CONSTITUTION:A ventilating air conditioner 1 has in it a draft fan 3, a feed air fan 6, an exhaust air fan 8 and a ventilating section having a total heat exchanger 9. The feed air motor 5 has a standard notch and a special high speed notch 10, 11 as well as a differential pressure sensor 14 which detects the differential pressure between the inside and the outside of a house. When a ventilation device 22 is operated and a negative pressure is generated between the inside and the outside of the house, the indoor air circulation drawn into intake grills 19a-19f passes through an air circulation duct 18 to the ventilating air conditioner 1. Since the feed air fan motor is set at the special high speed notch 11, a large amount of outside air is taken in from an outdoor hood 21, which exchanges heat in the total heat exchanger 9. When there is no pressure differential between the inside and the outside of the house, the feed air and the ventilation are performed at the same rate to perform the ventilation and cooling, or ventilation and heating with a good balance.
