Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ベースとベースに固定される固定支柱部と
、皿受と皿受を保持する可動支柱部と、これらの
固定支柱部と可動支柱部の上部及び下部を連結す
る荷重と吊り合う歪作用を有する二つの梁と、二
つの導電性電極で構成する静電容量式重量センサ
ーであつて、固定支柱部と可動支柱部を各々上下
に分割し、概分割した支柱部と二か所に円弧状に
肉を除いた薄肉の歪部を有する梁とを一体にし上
下一対の二つの起歪体とし、二つの電極の絶縁部
を各々上下起歪体の固定支柱部及び可動支柱部で
挟み、ベース・固定支柱（下）・固定電極及び固
定支柱（上）を同時に、同様に皿受・可動支柱（
上）・可動電極及び可動支柱（下）を同時に各々
一組の結合部材で固定した事を特徴とする静電容
量式重量センサー。 (2) 無負荷時の電極の間隔を電極を固定する絶
縁板材厚とした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項の
静電容量式重量センサー。
