Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 昇降式クロスヘツド側のつかみ具と負荷アクチ
    ユエータ側のつかみ具間の距離を調節すべくクロ
    スヘツドを昇降させ所定高さ位置で被クランプ部
    を介してクランプしてクロスヘツドの位置を固定
    する材料試験機の流体式クランプ装置において、 シリンダボデイ内を摺動する主ピストンに駆動
    され前記被クランプ部を締め付けるピストンロツ
    ドおよび主ピストンとは別設されシリンダボデイ
    内を摺動してピストンロツドを駆動可能な副ピス
    トンを有し、主ピストンとシリンダボデイとの間
    に第１シリンダ室が、主ピストンと副ピストンと
    の間に第２シリンダ室が、副ピストンとシリンダ
    ボデイとの間に第３シリンダ室がそれぞれ形成さ
    れる流体圧シリンダと、 試験時に第１のシリンダ室をタンクに接続し第
    ２のシリンダ室に負荷アクチユエータの負荷圧を
    導入し、アンクランプ時に第１のシリンダ室に前
    記負荷圧を導入し第２のシリンダ室をタンクに接
    続する切換弁と、 前記第３のシリンダ室に連通され副ピストンを
    介してピストンロツドを駆動し少なくともクロス
    ヘツドが自重にて落下しないように前記被クラン
    プ部をクランプする流体圧力が蓄圧されるアキユ
    ームレータとを具備することを特徴とする材料試
    験機の流体式クランプ装置。
