    ン状部を有する前記情報記録媒体の案内部材、該
    案内部材の近傍に位置し、前記スピンドルの軸方
    向に移動可能で且、前記情報記録媒体の載置面を
    有するハブ、該ハブに係合するバネ手段より構成
    されることを特徴とする情報記録再生装置のクラ
    ンプ構造。 (2) 前記情報記録再生装置に前記情報記録媒体
    が装着されていないとき、前記ハブが前記案内部
    材にて位置決めされている構造であることを特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の情報
    記録再生装置のクランプ構造。
