Claims (1)
- 光検出素子と該光検出素子の受光面の前面に平
行に配置された遮光板と、これらを収納するケー
スを有する光検出装置において、前記光検出素子
および遮光板のいずれか一方を圧電素子により振
動する振動片を介して固定するとともに、前記振
動片は前記光検出素子の受光面に対して直角に配
置されたことを特徴とする光検出装置。
