Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate size reduction and characteristic adjustment by providing a lead terminal which are inserted into a single or plural through holes for resonance and a capacitor which is arranged in a through hole and has its one electrode coupled with the lead terminal and the other electrode connected to an internal conductor film.
CONSTITUTION: A dielectric block 1 and a conductor film 6 function as a distributed constant LC resonance circuit and the capacitor 12 in the through hole 2 functions as a coupling capacitor. When the capacitor 12 and lead terminal 17 in the through hole 2 are shifted in position, the characteristics of the resonator vary. Then the coupling capacitor 12 for connecting the resonator to an external circuit is arranged in the through hole 2. Further, a connecting member 20 has a through hole 21 in the center and the lead terminal 17 is inserted into it. Thus, the external size is reducible. Further, the capacitor 12 and lead terminal 17 are shifted in position by varying the height of the cylindrical connecting member 20 to vary the resonance characteristics.
