Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A variable voltage source 42 as the control input means is connected to the control input side of a variable resistor circuit 22. Then a switch 40 is closed to increase the control voltage Vc supplied from a variable voltage source 42 gradually and then an operating current which flows to the variable resistor circuit 22 through a transistor (TR) 36 increases, so its input impedance decreases and the extent of level suppression increases, so that a fade-out state is entered. Then when the control voltage Vc is lowered gradually with the switch 40 closed, a fade-in state is entered.
