Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) スポツト形状が楕円形状のレーザ光線を同
一形状の２個のプリズムを順次介してスポツト形
状が円形状のレーザ光線に補正するレーザ光学装
置において、 一方の上記プリズムの入射側の面に幾何学的に
対応する他方の上記プリズムの面を、レーザ光線
の射出側の面になるように両プリズムを配置した
ことを特徴とするレーザ光学装置。 (2) 上記プリズムとして、不等辺三角形プリズ
ム（不等辺三角形プリズムのレーザ光線が照射さ
れない部分を切り欠いて四角形としたプリズムを
含む）を用い、その鋭角を挾む両面を入射面及び
射出面とし、かつ、内面で反射偏向されることが
ないように配置したことを特徴とする実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項に記載のレーザ光学装置。
