この案は穿孔用治具の考案に係り、従来穿孔作
業に於て特に細物のドリル、リーマーそしてタツ
プ等を用いて作業する場合に穿孔ユニツト自体の
振動及び加工物とまた外部的振動によりて前記ド
リル、タツプ等の作業が行い苦く、特に直接人手
によりてドリルユニツトを用いて加工作業を行う
場合には既述した作業の困難性と特に細径工具を
用いた場合に折損する場合が多くあり、且つリー
マーの場合の折れ込みは誠に後処理に困難性が見

扨て図により本考案の1実施例について説明す
れば、先づ第1図により、Hは従来公知の穿孔ユ

いる。また第1及び第2図によりSは本考案によ
る穿孔用治具であり、この構成は取付部1、案内
筒2,2′及びセツト部材3とから構成されてい
る。1は前記穿孔用治具Sの取付部材で環状をな
すと共に内孔5は真円状をなし、且つ前記穿孔ユ
ニツトHの下部hのテーパーに良く係合して嵌着
することによりて穿孔ユニツトHに固定されるも
のとする。4は前記取付部1の外側に突出した凸
部で複数個(3ケ)が略等角度間隔に配設されて
いる。第3図イは第2図A−A′方向の断面を示
すものであり、2は案内筒で、上部は前記凸部4
の下部片6に螺着7されている。8及び9は夫々
大径口及び小径口、また10は摺動ピンで、該大
径口8及び小径口9に沿いて摺動するものとし、
