Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to prepare efficiently a fiber or a film with high draw ratio, by setting a heating zone for heating an undrawn product made of a thermoplastic resin and whose length along the drawn direction is a specific length, and cooling zones of a specific length on both sides of the heating zone in the drawn direction.
