Abstract
PURPOSE:To prepare simply a laminated panel having a side face of a U-word shape or a S-word shape which is hardly deformed, by laminating plates coated with an adhesive on both faces of a core material which has a number of hollows having excellent dimensional stability and press-molding it in a mold having a secondary curved surface. CONSTITUTION:A surface of a plate material 2 is coated with an adhesive 3 and the plate materials 2 are placed on both side of a core material 1 to laminate the core material 1 and the plate material 2 in a flat state. To make adhesion of the adhesive uniform, a fabric made of a chemical fiber can be filled in the layer of the adhesive 3. The laminated body consisting of the core material 1 and the plate materials 2 is put in a mold 4 in such a way that the bending direction of the core material 1 coincides with the curved surface of the mold 4 and is press-molded and the adhesive 3 is hardened. The press-molding can be done at ambient temp. In the case when a card-board is used as the plate material and an adhesive made of urea resin and vinyl acetate wherein the ratio is 3:7 is used as the adhesive, the press-molding time is about one hour. If heated, it is possible to shorten the press-molding time. The core material 1 and the plate material 2 put in the mold 4 are hardened in a secondary curved state by hardening the adhesive 3, and a laminated panel 5 having a secondary curved surface is thereby prepared.
