ーブル、４……反応容器、５……下部電極、７，
７ａ，７ｂ……伝送線路型トランス。なお、図中
、同一符号は同一、又は相当部分を示している。

Claims (1)
- 高周波電源と、反応容器と、同反応容器内に配
置され上記高周波電源からの高周波電力を給電ケ
ーブルを通じて受ける電極とを有して成るプラズ
マ処理装置において、上記反応容器内もしくは上
記反応容器近傍で上記の給電ケーブルと電極との
間に伝送線路型トランスが設けられたことを特徴
とするプラズマ処理装置。
